This book is full of errors!

In general I like the step by step style of book, but this one has an unbelievable number of major errors in it. Did anyone at Microsoft Press proof read it or were they in too much of a hurry to get it published? It is a shame really because with a little more care this could have been a good introductory book. Unless it is a second edition or later where they have (hopefully) fixed the errors, I would not buy this book.
