Mike Snyder is recognized as an industry-leading CRM expert. He is cofounder and principal of Sonoma Partners, a Chicago-based consulting firm that specializes in Microsoft CRM implementations. Microsoft twice awarded Sonoma Partners the Global Microsoft CRM Partner of the Year. Jim Steger has architected and led multiple award-winning Microsoft CRM deployments, including complex enterprise integration projects. He’s been developing solutions and writing code for Microsoft CRM since the version 1.0 beta. He acted as a technical reviewer for several of the Microsoft CRM certification exams. Jim is also a cofounder and principal of Sonoma Partners.

    Great book for CRM users and power users

    We are using this book for our users of the system so far we have great reviews. We even give it to new people on the project from IT to get a good idea of what CRM can do.

    Excellent Deep Dive for the End User - Beginner through Advanced

    This Step by Step book covers everything you need to know about CRM 4.0 as an end user, a business analyst or an administrator and spans from entry level usage to advanced topics. The authors take you step by step through every aspect of CRM 4.0 with comprehensive instructions and screen shots. If you are new to CRM or if you just migrated up to CRM 4.0, I recommend you take advantage of this valuable resource.
