Fundamentally a good well written book, which is easy to follow - if you are already an experienced programmer. The problem is that the promised example code does not seem to be available. There is no CD with the book and whilst the "website" is constantly mentioned for obtainining the code, the site address is not given in the book, nor by any published or seller websites I have visited. The tradgedy is that with the code it would be a good book for a beginner; without it, it is only of use to someone who already understands programming.
