I've been teaching computer software to business professionals since the early 1990's. From my perspective, this book has it all. It can be used in the classroom or as a tool to teach yourself the popular features of the Office suite. There is a section for each Office app and a quiz after each chapter within those sections to reinforce what's been learned. There's also a final exam at the end of the book. Even if you're an experienced Office user but migrating to Office 2010, this book's for you. I highly recommend it for those new to the Office suite or new to Office 2010.

Karin Rex has written a really useful resource. What I liked is that it can be useful for folks at a range of skill, knowledge, and experience level. Its written in a style that lets you speedily find what you need vs dragging you through a bunch of stuff you know already. Nice tool.

I have been working with Microsoft Office for years and each time I update I find myself scratching my head. This book would be very helpful to the new user and those that have just updated and are searching for a guide to help them through the change. The easy to read layout is wonderful and I found the pages flying by. The quizes and final exam would be perfect anyone teaching a course on MS Office or for anyone wanted to test their own knowledge.
