    Complicated

I am pretty savvy at using manuals to learn how to complete tasks. This manual, however, was complicated, not user-friendly, and did not include half the information that I needed. Subsequently I tossed the book and worked through setting up a website hands on, by trial and error. I would not buy this book if you want clear and concise steps for putting your organization's information online. Even with their DVD tutorial (one of the main reasons that I purchased this book) the info. was presented in such an industry-specific way that it was not easily applied to a website that was not primarily for retail use.
