Previous to getting this book, the only work I'd seen from this author was the painting for the LotR cover he'd done (same as the cover on this one) and the cover for the graphic novel of The Hobbit. I'd always been interested in seeing what else he could do because I thought what little I'd seen was amazing! I have a lot of books on Middle-earth artists and I'm so glad I could add this one to my collection. His style is amazing and so realistic that it's a joy to leaf through this book. Definitely recommended!
