A great book that covers a host of traditional authentic recipes from all the arab countries. Liked the mix between Moroccan, Lebanese and Egyptian meals. If you like Middle Eastern cooking you'll love this book. I also recently purchase Moroc Cuisine by the same author, which is just as good.

The only way to find out what's in the book is to go page by page. Frustrating.
