Yes, I know reviews are supposed to comment on the quality of the product.
But, if you're thinking of buying a downloadable item from B&N, don't! They are supposed to send an e-mail immediately that will enable you to donwload it. I never got that. They didn't answer a customer service query. I got them on the phone after a long wait and they said there was nothing they can do.
As for the product, it is rather general, but useful in keeping track of this complicated novel as you read. And it's available free online.
