    Not worth the price

    This book was okay. The recipes aren't completely accurate; on at least two recipes (fortunately i was familiar with the frostings and new the to include missing steps) the author left out very important info. I feel as if she doesn't have a hands on knowledge of using these recipes even though she claims to use themin her bakery, perhaps she doesnt do much of the baking anymore.
