This book was okay. The recipes aren't completely accurate; on at least two recipes (fortunately i was familiar with the frostings and new the to include missing steps) the author left out very important info. I feel as if she doesn't have a hands on knowledge of using these recipes even though she claims to use themin her bakery, perhaps she doesnt do much of the baking anymore.

I adore cookbooks, this one I recieved as a present a copule montes ago. Not only is it beautiful to look at, the recipes are amazing. I baked the Lemon Tea cake and the Banana Bread and they were a major success. Everyone keeps asking me for the recipes. This little book will make a great Christmas present to anyone who likes baking.
