Overview

In the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season, it’s all too easy to lose sight of the life-transforming power of the birth of Christ. Thoughts about the gifts we plan to give or hope to receive, and even the busyness associated with rich holiday traditions, customs, and celebrations can distract us from the very One the season was intended to honor and glorify.
It is possible, however, to refocus our attention on Him–and to rejoice anew in the greatest gift, and greatest mystery, ever offered to humankind.
Catch a fresh glimpse of Christ as Emmanuel–God incarnate. Let the fourteen spirit-lifting, devotional-style meditations in Mighty God help transform your ordinary Christmas festivities into joyful celebrations of worship and praise, and lead you into a fresh encounter with the mighty God who lives among us.
