About the Author

Mike Heath is an award-winning playwright and director based in Manchester. His company, Studio Salford WriteForTheStage are based at The Kings Arms in Salford. Heath has written 13 stageplays performed around the NorthWest of England in venues including Studio Salford at The Kings Arms Theatre, The Lowry, The Library Theatre, Oldham Coliseum, Contact Theatre, Liverpool Lantern. His work has been translated and performed in Welsh and in Western Australia. Mike was recently shortlisted for the BBC Alfred Bradley Bursary Award.
