Highly Recommended!

I am a college student and was always looking to real estate to build wealth but never know how to start. This is a GREAT step by step book to get you where you want to be. Don't stop your self from having money. You live once, so be rich and be marry!

Written before real estate crash

I bought this book for my son who was graduating from college with a business degree. I bought it more for the title than anything else. The book does have some good practical advise for the novice, but it's overarching theme is to depend heavily on real estate to build wealth. Although published after the recent real estate crash, it must have been written before it because it assumes escalating real estate values.
