    I Also Recommend:

    Mind Fist

Mind Fist is a must to read and to possess for the serious martial artist as well as for the high level security practitioner. The book is well written and the research is thoroughly done. The same can be said regarding the day to day application in our world of increasing insecurity. Some chapters are easy reading like a novel, other chapters serve as a resource and need certain understanding of and reflection upon the subject. For this reason, below are some other books of Dr. Lung I own. They supplement and expand deeper on some of the topics touched in "Mind Fist".
