Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher

Brainwashing and marketing are big business; and your precious mind is a coveted commodity. In this book Eldon Taylor exposes all and tells you how to take your power back and be free to become your own best self. Eldon is really a master!

Joan Borysenko, Ph.D., Author of Minding the Body, Mending the Mind and Your Soul's Compass

In reading Eldon Taylor’s book Mind Programming: From Persuasion and Brainwashing to Self-Help and Practical Metaphysics, I embarked upon a journey beginning at Psych 101 and ending deep into postgraduate Metaphysics; a reading experience that delivers a near-visceral adventure that begins with imagination and ends in near-manifestation. Eldon reveals the extraordinary reality of a virtually unrecognized dimension where each of us live every day but are completely unaware--the subliminal realm. I recently produced a motion picture featuring 23 Living Luminaries, each of whom shares pearls of wisdom and enlightened insights as to how we can all achieve true happiness and our purpose in life. Although it was an extraordinary cast, in retrospect I wish there had been 24. Eldon Taylor brings an invaluable teaching to seekers of wisdom and understanding. The world of higher learning has a new Œhigh bar¹ with his work.

Michael J Lasky, producer and founder, Gotham Metro Studios, Inc.

*From the new film Living Luminaries (on the Serious Business of Happiness) featuring 23 luminaries such as Eckhart Tolle, Marianne Williamson, Don Miguel Ruiz, Michael Bernard Beckwith, Geronimo JiJaga (Pratt), Dr. Obadiah Harris, and many extraordinary masters of conscious disciplines

Dr. Eldon Taylor's new book is a must read! If you've ever questioned your purpose in life or felt bound by a culture that's driven by mass media, you now have at your fingertips the knowledge and tools to break the chains of this cycle. Eldon goes in-depth to illustrate and expose how we've been programmed from birth by social constraints; and he methodically reveals the psychological techniques that advertisers, politicians, corporations, and the media use to control us. He then provides strategies and solutions to free your mind from these tactics and rise to a new level of consciousness.

As you read this book, you'll feel the blinders being removed and will truly see the world in an entirely new light.

Jeff Warrick, documentary film-maker, Programming the Nation?

I've known Eldon Taylor for 20 years and have been fascinated with his research regarding subliminal communication. Mind programming can be used to control your mind for good or bad. Mind Programming presents tools to give you the power to program your own mind to empower you to realize your goals and desires. Book One deals with the dark side of persuasion methods, while Book Two gives you tools to train your own mind in the ways you want it to be trained. I especially appreciate his emphasis on forgiveness in healing and his serenity affirmations.

Paul G. Durbin, Ph.D., retired Brigadier General, U.S. Army chaplain

There's no doubt that we're seduced and programmed daily by the media, advertising, and world events. It's a yeoman's work to protect ourselves against these outside influences. Eldon Taylor's groundbreaking book shows us how.

Caroline Sutherland, the author of The Body Knows How to Stay Young

A brilliant expose of how we've become unconsciously enslaved to that which we haven't understood! Eldon Taylor exposes and explodes the old worldview of fear and lack that has generated direct and indirect manipulation of our minds without our awareness or permission. With Well-earned insight, he offers proven pathways of self-empowerment that entrain our consciousness toward the model of unity and abundance that negates the survival paradigm.

In a period when fear has reached a frenzied pitch, Taylor shines a brilliant spotlight to dispel the darkness!

Angelina Heart, the author of The Teaching of Little Crow

Who is the gatekeeper of your mind? If you aren't consciously vigilant in managing your thoughts and deliberately manifesting a life of high Self-esteem, abundance, rich and loving relationships, happiness, and fulfillment, you¹re allowing others to pollute your mind and diminish the quality of your life in all areas. Dr. Eldon Taylor's brilliant book Mind Programming will educate you on the dangers of having your mind manipulated by others and show you all the ways to champion your mind and your life.

Read this book to take control of your mind and all aspects of your life, and to create your compelling future on purpose.

Dr. Joe Rubino, founder, CenterForPersonalReinvention.com; creator, SelfEsteemSystem.com

Mind Programming is at once shocking and hopeful, but brilliant in its presentation. Dr. Taylor's masterpiece helps us wake up and take back the incredible power of our minds--a power we may have unknowingly handed over to those who actively work to control our minds.

Terri Marie, author of  Be the Hero of Your Own Game; CEO of White Wing Productions

    Great Book!

I just finished reading Eldon Taylor's book Mind Programming and find it fascinating. The first half of the book is downright scary - "Big Brother" is definitely here. The second half of the book goes right along with what I have been telling my patients about how their thinking affects their health. I use BEST (from Morter Health Systems) to help them, but I can't use it to work on myself. I've tried other subliminal tapes before with mixed results, but I really like what I read about the technology Mr. Taylor uses in his approach. I've already started using the "Serenity" CD and I plan on using more of the Inner Talk CDs over the next three months to see how they work for me. Great book - thanks!

    GREAT BOOK!

Ever thought of how you are being programmed? In part one of Mind Programming, Eldon Taylor exposes the dark side of brainwashing and the psychological techniques used by others to control our thoughts and behaviors. I was shocked to discover the lengths to which some people will go to exploit our minds for their personal gain.

In part two of the book, Eldon provides empowering tools and exercises to take back control of our minds. Part two is a must read that everyone can benefit from.

This is a 5 star book! Fascinating to read and hard to put down!

One of the most courageous exposés of our time

Even though I consider myself to be quite aware of what is going on in the world, this book boldly shatters illusions about how extensive the mind control in our society has become. Eldon Taylor gives specific and documented examples of the deliberate and aggressive ploys to control our behavior and our minds. Are you really free? Only if you can take back control your mind. Thank heavens, Dr. Taylor shows us how in one of the most important books I have ever read..

    Understanding Influences

Mind Programming is a "Must Read" for conscious survival in the 21st century. Dr. Taylor, in this very well researched andcomprehensive work on influences - coersive and involuntary - to positive applications in better understanding our lives leads us well into the 21st century; Understanding these influences allows us to be much more selective in terms of what we have and allow in our environment.

    A Masterpiece!

This book is an eye opener, as well as helpful in finding a way 'out' of the mental chaos our society is sinking into and dragging us with it.

I have thoroughly enjoyed Eldon's book Mind Programming after an excrutiating bout of depression and substance abuse from self esteem issues caused by childhood trauma. This stress then resulted in the erosion of a fantastic 20 year relationship and 10 years of marriage and finalized in separation. I survived with an acute awareness of how out of control most of my decision making was. The wisdom in this book provided me with a strategy which I had not yet given a chance before, self-help psychology and reasons behind who I had become versus who I really was. I was enlightened to how sabotaging "self-talk" lead me to justify bad choices and therefore continue destructive behaviors as I blamed my situation on forces I saw as out of my control. I currently use the innertalk cd that came with this book on a daily basis and find it has allows me to make key changes in my perceptions and choices. I now have peace and my healing continues. I am more knowledgable on the power of the mind as 'healer' as well as the lengths corporate authority will go to abuse the mind to the detriment of individual and humanity as a whole.

Great Book With Second-to-none CD that REALLY works

I purchased the book, "Mind Programming", by Eldon Taylor last week and find it hard to put down. The most intersting thing about the book is that the accompanying subliminal CD really works. I've tried other subliminals but this one beats the rest. The book is well worth the price. I highly recommend it to everyone intersted in self improvement. Oh, one last thing. All you have to to is listen to the CD either while driving in the car to work, working around the house, or simply relaxing in your easy chair with no effort invovled whatsoever and within just a few short weeks you'll begin to notice subtle changes in the way you view the world in which you live and these subtle changes of thought will have an overall improvement on health and well being. You have to try this to believe it. It is well worth buying.

    Not Surprised About Content

I was not surprised with the tools found in this book. I purchased this book because as an individual who has the natural ability of remote viewing I wanted to read this book to see if there was anything interesting that I might not have touched upon but that was not the case.

The book teaches an individual how to perform remote viewing and I was disappointed because those of us, who can do this without any training, know that remote viewing comes very easy and the book is not interesting, of course this may not be true for beginners who want to learn because they do not have this natural ability. In other words, you either have it or you do not. This is; however, my opinion and my review.

I returned the book because it did not serve any purpose because I did not see anything in the book that would teach me anything that I do not already know or perform naturally.

    Retrain & Reclaim Your Brain

Have you ever overindulged in an inexplicable craving? While your craving might have come entirely from your own desires, there is a chance it might have been planted by someone else.

Eldon Taylor describes in his book, MIND PROGRAMMING, how we are emotionally manipulated in various ways we are unaware of. A multi-billion dollar business of subliminal advertising is one aspect of this extraordinary situation we can no longer afford to ignore. Far from living as true masters of our own minds and lives, we often fall prey to a variety of mind control tactics which lead us to unwittingly make choices and do things which are not in our best interests.

MIND PROGRAMMING illustrates how easily hypnotized most of us can be, and provides readers with tools for recognizing ways we are vulnerable, as well as ways we can overcome these vulnerabilities and regain mastery of our minds. Taylor shares shocking real life examples of subliminal advertising campaigns, as well as a wealth of his own real-life experiences working in sales, advertising, psychology, physical security, lie detection, forensic hypnosis, intelligence and counter-intelligence.

Even though I had some prior knowledge of various compliance techniques, I was astonished to see how widespread and unregulated many of these techniques are today in the USA. I was also amazed by the compelling evidence to suggest that people become conditioned to seek ever-increasing amounts of shocking material to meet increasing needs for stimulation.

MIND PROGRAMMING builds a very convincing case that we can no longer afford to ignore subliminal messages, as much of the self-destructive impulses we currently experience represent the manifestation of subconscious beliefs we've unknowingly adopted. Rather than mindlessly continuing to live conflicted, dissatisfied lives, we can instead take a look at the subconscious mental messages we've accumulated, and make changes in them in order to profoundly improve our lives. MIND PROGRAMMING helps readers outsmart those who are secretly manipulating us with numerous metaphysical techniques, and a delightfully powerful full-length Serenity subliminal CD in this book.

I give MIND PROGRAMMING my very highest recommendation, as it simultaneously describes and resolves the root causes behind many of the biggest problems we're facing on Earth at this time.

    I Also Recommend:

    Fascinating Read...

I really enjoyed this book -- it was divided into two parts and the first discussed how subliminal information is transferred to us. Really made me think. The second part gave lots of practical ways to counter this information as well as many useful tips on visualization and meditation. This was my first book by Eldon Taylor and I would highly recommend it.

    A MUST Read

Taylor has opened another door for us to help us take back our power. Many say we are free but are we really? I have always thought of myself as a person who is aware of everything that is going on, but reading this book has made me realize how little I actually know about manipulation and mind control. The book comes with a free InnerTalk CD witch I listen to on repeat all day long and when I go to sleep. The music and background ocean waves help me relax and feel good. I know that there are many people who have no idea of how we are being controlled, and this book is a really good eye opener. Thank you Eldon Taylor for have the courage to write this eye opening book, hopefully, it will help people take back their power once and for all. I give it five stars. I can't wait to order more CDs.

    Very Very Nice Read

I bought this book because I'm a high school student interested in Psychology and I bought this book based on it's description. I found it very very interesting and revealing. It covers many different topics and I enjoyed the Inner Talk CD it came with. Eldon Taylor really knows what he's talking about-as all information is logically reasoned throughout the book. Must read for Psychology enthusiasts.

Eldon Taylor offers the readers a direct insight into the Mind to really understand with more clarity how we are all being programmed and influenced. He gives the practical tools for self-help so that the choice of empowerment is yours.

I truly enjoyed this book! I have been working with healing my mind for some time, but this book truly gives much insight into what is happening in our world and how that is programming us. The C.D. has been a wonderful addition for me to the information and tools that he shares. It is a great book for ones who really want to be the master of their own minds!

Mind Programming - a great book

I recently purchased Mind Programming which came with a wonderful
serenity music CD. The book is certainly opening my eyes regarding how our beliefs/values are manipulated through media, through socialization and through our basic learning process. Mind Programming is very relevant in today's world with recent studies and new information regarding regarding brain flexibility, that the brain is not static, and is able to make new neural pathways. Changing one's thoughts is the way to increase our brain flexibility. Reading Mind Programming is a must read to understand how subliminal messages help to increase brain flexibility and improving one's life physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
The affirmations and Serenity music CD are great teaching/learning tools included in Mind Programming. A must read!!!

Mind Expansion for the mind numbed

Although I already knew most of the information that was presented here, Eldon laid out the information in a clear and orderly manner and then followed up with various ways to recognise and overcome that programming. Bravo Eldon. Kudos and any other superlatives that I can throw your way for presenting this valuable information to the public.
