The Best, Most Educational Board Books I've Read

My sister, my ten-month-old daughter, and I were in the Philadelphia Museum of Art when we first came across this amazing art series for babies and toddlers. I was growing tired of some of the popular board books for babies that presented very little educational information for both parent and baby. These books are whimsical, beautiful, and informative. Each book contains a set of paintings by individual artists and complements them with rhyming verses describing each painting. I have studied art history a bit and some of the paintings within the books I have not seen, so these books have been an educational experience for me as well as my daughter. Highly recommended for discerning parents and their little ones.

Each story not equal, but all good

Definitely the best result in poetry are the lines that accompany Matisse. Each books images, however, are well chosen and appeal to my ten-month-old. I look forward to her getting older and wanting to see "her paintings" in person.

WONDERFUL BABY SHOWER IDEA - GREAT GIFT

I love this set and all of the other mini masters books. They are a great gift for baby showers and toddler birthdays. Great way to introduce art at a young age. They're just fun and unexpected. Everyone I have given these to just love them for their children.

    Great toddler gift.

Picture perfect way to engage toddlers about artists, art, reading, color & books.

Beautifully illustrated. My favorite gift to one year olds.

    Educating through Art

Mini Masters collection is the best books I've read to introduce art to children at an early age. The poems creatively describe paintings by the 4 artists featured in this collection. Educating through art is a great way to learn. I sent this as a holiday gift to all my nephews, nieces, and friends, including my own children and everyone loved them!
