Editorial Reviews

Dog & Kennel
Miracle Dog...is a story about how a basenji mix survived to spread a message of compassion to the world. Too many feel it is acceptable to get rid of their companion pets when they move, go through a divorce, or decide they don't have time for their faithful friends anymore...Thousands are euthanized daily, and thousands more die horrible deaths...alone... Miracle Dog is a book that opens your mind as well as your heart releasing the compassion and awareness that is deep inside each of us.
Seattle Times - Entertainment & The Arts
How many times have you finished a book but simply could not let go? Months later, it lingers as though you just put it down yesterday. Through 30 years of reviewing pet books, I can't remember one that has left such a lasting impression as Randy Grim's Miracle Dog...Grim's stylized earthiness and the glittering hard edge of this briskly paced volume will stay with you. I guarantee it.
Author, Found Dogs and Second Chances
"...a straightforward and compelling description of the challenges and opportunities in providing help for America's unwanted and abandoned animals."
