    Summary

Squeal to Ice Queen. Summary: Having resolved some of the issues that arose between them as two sexual dominants, they now explore whether Marguerite's desire to be Mistress and slave both will be accepted by Tyler, and whether the shadows of their respective pasts will have the power to destroy the love growing between them.

    EROTICA\suspense

Joey Hill is just a terrific writer. I love all of her books and this along with the prequel Ice Queen are truly intense in the story line as well as the sexual heat. You definitely need to read the Ice Queen first. The relationship between Marguerite and Tyler is more than just sexual. There is healing and redemption. This is just another great couple to remember and care about like Jacob and Elyssa in The Vampire Queen.
I have gotten into the rest of this series and I think that the next Branded Sanctuary will be another terrific couple.

    Boring

I read this because of the great reviews others left but i am so disappointed with this book and marquerites story in general. I just kept waiting for the story to pick up but just felt bored. There were great elements to the plot, and i did like how it ties together david from a witchs beauty, but there was something missing from this story that didnt make it worth being two books long. I wanted m to try again to be a mistress to tyler -- i felt like they shouldve both been switches. Instead, the best thing about m as a mistress just disappears and now shes on tylers leash.

FYI....you really need to read The Ice Queen (NOD #3) before reading this book. That being said...I find it hard to recall any book I have read in recent years that features two people who deserve an HEA more than these two characters. You can not help but cheer for these two as they experience soaring highs and crashing lows are their way to true love. This book leaves you with the feeling that almost and obstacle can be overcome. Joey W. Hill does it again....in one of her most powerful books to date.

You have to read Ice Queen first. The story line is intense but very much worth the time to read. Great book.
