Miss Manners has always been the best at mixing great advice with a marvelously dry sense of humor! This book provides hours of delightful laughter in addition to being a great reference for any and every occasion. A Must Have!

Miss Manners sets herself apart from other etiquette authorities by never losing sight of the fundamental principle that one's social actions must be governed by thoughtfulness and morality. And she does it kindly and with humor.

To be honest, this book could've been of 35 pages!! Ms Manners is not lucid and succinct at all..

I read this book many years ago and could not put it down. Apart from the humour, the advice was indeed correct. I particularly liked how the book was structured. I bought copies for several friends and family as wedding gifts and would continue to recommend it as required reading for young and not so young persons.

Talk about comprehensive! If you've ever experienced a socially awkward situation, not quite knowing the proper thing to do or say, Miss Manners is here for you! Even if you didn't care at all about etiquette, this book would be worth reading for the humor alone.
