"Before today, I thought of him as a sweet man with a dreadfully sad story – a story that I would've been happy to have as my own."

Unbeknownst to Kody Burkoff, a ghostwriter, and her latest love interest, Kevin, they are hot on the trail to finding out the truth about her client Daniel's past; a truth that isn't meant to be uncovered. In the beginning, Daniel's recount of his past sounds like an extraordinary love story that anyone would envy. Their friendly conversations end, however, after an unpredicted encounter one cold winter afternoon, igniting Daniel's suspicions that he's finally been found. A twist of trails and one shocking event sends the trio spiraling, leaving one individual with a heavy heart and one begging for more answers. Entwined with shocking surprises, chance connections, and endearing conversations, Missing Maggie explores love in all of its forms, revenge at its worst, and truth in all its glory.

What a wonderful idea for a book. A fun, fast read, full of intriguing characters, a bit of mystery and humor. I have recommended this book to many people. I hope you are writing another book, soon.

Missing Maggie is an excellent story! The main character Kody makes the book extremely hard to put down as she takes you in an out of the lives of some interesting people she encounters. I enjoyed how various chapters spoke from the other characters throughout the story too. This story can keep you up way too late many nights in anticipation of what will come next. By the end of the story you will have laughed often, cried some and will be wishing you yourself could hang out with Kody as she seems so thoughtful, kind and fun to be around. I can’t wait for the second book from this very talented author.

I really enjoyed reading this book. I got really involved with many of the charaters and couldn't wait to find out what their whole story was. I like the emotion evoked from many of the character's stories also. If you enjoy a good mystery with a hint of romance and fun, you'll love this book!

I loved this book! The spunk and sassiness of ghost writer, Kody Burkoff, made me laugh and smile. And yet, I was moved to tears as the stories of some of her clients unfolded. Davidson had me hooked within the first few pages and I was intrigued by the mysterious Daniel and his connection to the new man in Kody's life. I stayed up way too late turning pages to see how everything would connect. I'm already looking forward to another book from Davidson about Kody's next adventures.
