Together, they live through her experiences as a victim of the brutal war crimes from the second World War before she came to Pakistan. At the same time, Fatima's lover, Asad, moves to Kashmir to join the escalating war between India and Pakistan. Fatima begins a journey that takes her from the romantic dreams of Rabindranath Tagore to the nightmarish world of Adolf Hitler to find her destiny in the missing pages.
