Based upon years of experience, the author Tom Telford, delivers an 'in-your-face' challenge to the American Church to wakeup and smell the coffee! The methods and motivations of many missions boards in US churches today just don't meet the challenges and needs of today's missions opportunities. Here is a call to churches to be accountable for the resources they collect and spend. Would a business keep an underproducing employee in the field year after year without comment or action? Neither should the church. Missionaries, are you communicating back to your sponsoring groups your weaknesses and needs as well as your victories? Hey, we're all in this game together. That's the message of this book. Get it. Read it. Act on it. You will be blessed.
