My Little Pokemon Ranger: Chapter 2

Quroqi moved her holed hoof, and the Capture Disc followed her movements, leaving a stream of blue light. Five loops in, the Flygon launches a small tornado at the Capture Line, breaking it and damaging the Styler. Grumbling to herself, she continued the process. The Flygon, once again, summoned a twister, but this time Quroqi immediately let go of the button with which she used to control the Disc, making it fall limply on its side. The Line vanished, making the attack now harmless.
Quroqi turned to her Partner. "Ace! Poke Assist!"
"Starly!" Ace temporarily lent his power to the Capture Disc, making it change colors. Quroqi regained control of it, which made it prop itself back up. She made it go in loops--but not around the Flygon. Instead, it gave rise to a tornado, which, after having grown to full size, had released much smaller vortexes, striking the Dragon-type Pokemon to help add more to the friendship level. Eventually, the power wore off, but by this time, it was already near full friendship. Three more loops, and a violet transparent orb suddenly surrounded it. The Pokemon briefly glowed white, then the glow and orb dissappeared, revealing a much calmer Flygon. The Vibrava seemed to have calmed down, as well.
"Well, that was certainly...exciting," Princess Celestia remarked.
"But what would've led them into attacking us?" Twilight Sparkle inquired.
The Flygon's head suddenly snapped towards a stallion wearing a jacket, which had a large oval-shaped bump in it. He suddenly took off, but was no much for the Flygon's speed. It tackled the stallion and ripped off its jacket, revealing a Trapinch Egg. It took the Egg in its claws and flew over to a Shiny Vibrava, apparently the Egg's mother and the Flygon's mate. Meanwhile, X had arrested the stallion.
"What'd I do!? Ponies are hatching Eggs all the time!" the stallion complained.
"Yes, but they are bred in captivity. St<_>ealing eggs from wild Pokemon is considered po<_>aching."
Quroqi used the function used for releasing Pokemon, and released the Flygon. It nodded its head in gratitude, before flying away with the Vibrava.
***
Back at the Ponyville Ranger Base, Moone listened with interest as Ceril told what happened at the Canterlot Royal Ball.
"I imagine that the stallion will be placed into the Canterlot Prison for po<_>aching. Quroqi, I congratulate you on calming the Flygon down. I promote you to Ranger Rank 2."
"Yes!" Quroqi did her signature dance--flying in a loop before she pumps the hoof holding the Styler in the air, a blue rod extending from the Capture Styler. All Pokemon Rangers have a dance which they do after completing a Mission or a Quest or after being promoted.
"I bet it's been a long day for you guys. You can go to bed whenever you are ready," Moone said.
After getting her Styler recharged, Quroqi trotted to the dorms. She climbed into bed, and fell asleep.
