The next wave of business process innovation is beginning to take place around mobile infrastructure enabled by SAP Netweaver. However, most business and IT managers do not know how to go about creating effective mobile solutions that leverage their investments in SAP. Unlike specialists in the area, they are not interested in the constantly changing technology or infrastructure details necessary to implement a mobile solution. What they are keenly interested in is a business process level overview that shows them how mobile initiatives can contribute to their overall business success. At present, that need goes noticeably unmet.
