    Insight into the Swedes

Once i started working for a Swedish company, i wanted to get a better understanding on the Swedish culture and how it impacts their business and management practices. This book provides that insight and it provides historical information about Sweden which has come in handy when I travel there and work with my Swedish colleagues. It is a fairly quick and easy read and gave me a valuable perspective.
