This cookbook by Chef Melia Marden is surprisingly insightful and creative. Throughout the colorful pages, there are so many excellent Greek, Italian, Spanish, and Moroccan recipes! Simple ingredients and simple directions make these recipes easy for the average American cook to replicate at home. I received this book as a gift, and was absolutely delighted by it! I also enjoyed Marden's background stories about spending her summers in Hydra, Greece. A great book to add a little Mediterranean kick to your cooking!
