This book is just a collection of stories about a phenomenon apparently associated with the White Mountain/Mogollon Rim area of Arizona. It's Bigfoot in Arizona - more or less. In Arizona, it is referred to as "The Mogollon Monster". For all intent and purposes, it's just more of the same as written about in the Pacific Northwest. The stories are short an written in a very basic manner. I had the feeling I was sitting around a campfire listening to someone passing along collected tales generated over the years by locals. It was an intriguing read but not something one would want to take seriously. I guess every region in the U.S. that has remote places has to have these kinds of stories. They go with the territory, so to speak. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
