Overview

When Mephisto’s friend Clayton is called out of town on business, he agrees to look after his slave for the week. But Molly isn’t your average slave. She and Clayton share a serious, full time dynamic. Mephisto feels a weight of responsibility he isn’t used to, and worse, an intense attraction to Molly, the partner of his friend.

Mephisto is determined to sublimate his inappropriate desires and provide a challenging and instructive week for the devoted slave. He subjects Molly to orgasm denial, speech restriction, scenes of erotic torment, even an orgy where she is made to service his friends. Along the way, he experiences unfamiliar jealousy, and deep cravings to possess her himself.

Throughout the week, he is also haunted by persistent questions. Is she happy being a 24/7 slave? Or is there another Molly trapped beneath her submissive, surrendered gaze?

If you've read Club Mephisto, you know this story from Molly's perspective. Now, prepare to relive the experience from Mephisto's point of view...

Publisher's Note: this 32K-word erotic novella depicts "total power exchange" relationships that some readers may find objectionable, as well as sado-masochism, objectification, orgasm denial and speech restriction, caging, anal play and double penetration, BDSM punishment and discipline, M/f, M/m/f, M/m, orgy and group sexual encounters, voyeurism, and limited circumstances of dubious consent. This is a retelling of the book Club Mephisto from the dominant point of view.

I actually read this before I read Club Mephisto, which is the first book in the series. I loved it so much I read it over again, and then got the other ones in the series.
This is the same week as the one in Club Mephisto, only told from His point of view. As a woman reading this, I really enjoyed hearing His point of view, since it offers a lot of insight to the Big Scary Dominant's feelings toward Molly. The sex scenes are pretty much the same as the first book, but there is just a bit more detail as far as why and how Mephisto wants to handle Molly the way He does.
And He does handle her! This is not a cute spanking story at all. It's a portrayal of what happens when a Master gets to have free rein with an already willing and trained submissive - and then uses His skills to see how far He can push her.
It is not a book I think readers not into M/s or SM would be into, but anyone curious or already into this type of relationship will probably find it sexy and much more realistic than most books out there.
And if you're a hopeless romantic AND all about some BDSM, the third book is even better!

Recommended for those with open mind.

This book is not something I'd normally read. The subject of BDSM has never really appealed to me, but I read the whole book and it wasn't too bad. There were parts that were hard to read but keeping an open mind it helped me to realize that people are people no matter what they prefer sexually. I did find the characters fascinating to learn about. If you are a romantic and don't like ANY form of kink you probably should not read this book.
