This book may be called Mom Energy, but it really applies to everyone, not just Moms. It has interesting facts about the human body and how we should be more mindful of our food choices because of the effects on our body's organs. You should read it!!!

The book has some interesting information that could be helpful for exhausted moms. However, if you are in pretty good shape it won't be life changing.
