Overview

Some are born supernatural. Some achieve supernatural. And some have supernatural thrust upon them.

Kate is a sixteen year old girl that never had the space to become her own person. When she moves to Santa Katrina to live with her biological father she discovers that the town is a vortex for paranormal talents and she is more gifted than most. As she learns to stand up to her family and friends to be her own person other people challenge them since not all use their skills in ethical ways.

Greg had the perfect life. It had always been good. He liked school, was a natural at baseball and his dad was not only the most lenient but the most fun of any he knew. What tipped the scale to perfection was undoubtedly Katie, his girlfriend. She came with baggage -- three older territorial brothers and the twins were a metaphysical mischievous force. But even Eric, the worst of them, had become a friend. When his father announced he was getting remarried Greg was mostly happy for him. Having a new stepmother and stepbrother was going to mean some changes to perfection. But it turned out his problems weren’t about his new family but from his old family -- family that he had written off years before.

This book is the sequel to Synergy.
