If you're looking for a garden book primarily based on gaining new ideas from the pictures... this is a perfect choice. Yes, there is helpful text and everything gets named so you can reproduce the look and feel of what you see. But, there are better books if you're looking for text. This one brings the beauty of the great impressionist right before your very eyes. The color combinations and ideas contained here are well the price.
