    A truly GREAT read!

A Month of Summer is a truly great read that deals with deep issues (aging, divorce, family problems, relationships) in a tender and inspiring way. I grew to love the characters and the book was one of those that I didn't want to put down. It took me on a journey, and the journey was good all the way. Lisa Wingate is a terrific writer!

    I Also Recommend:

My Second Favorite of her Books!

Wow, talk about not being able to put the book down! Lisa's book Tending Roses is my Absolute Favorite, but this is definetly my second favorite of all her books. I must confess that I am very affectionate of the elderly, so these two books touched on that topic so I am a bit biased. I have ALL her books in my personal library! Lisa's type of story telling draws you in so that you feel you totally are in tune with the characters like they are your family or even you!

A Month of Summer is a fantastic read. One that's hard to put down and one you won't soon forget. The characters and situations in this book are so real, you'll feel like they could be happening right down the street. Lisa Wingate is a glorious writer. Don't miss this one!
