    I'm absolutely HOOKED!

The first book to a series can pretty much make or break the rest. If you read this, without a doubt you'll be addicted. With more romance, lust, jealousy, and humor than you can probably handle, Moon Dance drags you into an intense world of constantly changing emotion. My favorite part of this series is that with so many characters, anybody who reads can identify themselves as one, making reading that much more intense when you feel as if you're apart of it. Great storyline, amazing plot, sexy characters, what else do you need to know?

    A must read!!!!

Moon Dance, The first in the Blood Bound Series is a must read. Fast paced plot, mutiple charitors and steamy erotic sex sences leaves you breathless and wantiing more. The mutiple story lines interlink so smoothly, and leaves room for great advancments in a series. The world and charitors that Amy has woven is very beilveable, one could easily fall into the story. The only drawbacks to reading Moon dance would be the lost track of time and steamy sex dreams I had while reading this book...

    What A Party!

This book has everything, love, hate, humans, shifters, vamps, even angels! Great read! I laughed so hard in some parts I cried! It was so good I read it in one day, not doing any housework! I can't wait to read the rest of the series! Definitely worth purchasing! I fell in love with the characters and I had to finish it! An addition to my library! Amy Blankenship has created a believable world and characters that draws one in! She is right up there with Laurell K. Hamilton and Sherrylin Kenyon !!

Move over Twilight. There's a new blood in town.

I am not a romance reader. But I got hooked on Amy's story about her dark vampire falling on love with a human woman. I remember the ancient women having to cover their hair lest they tempt the angels. Well, Amy takes this to the next level and sucks you into the overpowering lust and hypnotic attraction this dark immortal has for this luscious woman. She controls him, and he controls her.

Then there's the sex. Well, I mean the love making. You won't see this in any "R" rated movie. NC maybe, but you won;t be able to put it down, and you will notice your own blood pounding in your ears as you read through Amy's fantastic wrestle with the balance between ultimate power and ultimate beauty.

The beast? Yes. The beauty? Yes, that too. Better have your seat belt on as you read just how hot the cold-blooded can get.

    Extremely Good Book

Moon Dance is a wonderful paranormal story with vampires, two shape shifters of the cougar and jaguars families, and angelic beings. A delightful mix of fantasy and romance along with betrayal and revenge in an action full package. Cleverly original and great storyline, I anxiously await the next in the series .

    -----------------
I have had the good fortune of been given some good books to review lately and this is yet an example of another one. Amy writes right to the heart. She involves you in her characters and storyline early on and she doesn't let go. Revenge, betrayal, new love stories and friendships that test boundaries are all contained within these pages.

Vampires, shape-shifters of cougars, jaguars and fallen angels, you name it this book has it. She has hit the mark of the paranormal! She has many story lines going on all at once, and sometimes confused me, but yet after reading more into the book, they do all flow together eventually.

The sex scenes are hot, but not on the erotica side, but still very well written. This is a genuine paranormal fantasy romance that must be read.

This is book one of many and I for one look forward to more from this story as well as other books from the collaboration of Ms. Blankenship & R.K. Melton

Book two is "Night Light" now available at Amazon. I suggest you read both of them, its money well spent and worth the read.

    Well done!

    I Also Recommend:

LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this book/series!!!!!!!! Sexy, sweet and addicting

First of all, there are a lot of GREAT characters in this series. I was a bit intimidated for a short time, NOT disappointed, by the amount of characters AT FIRST. But the basic story line of this series kept me enthralled. This series is written so well that as I read I began to "know" all of these characters like they were my own family. Every character is wonderful in his or her own way. This series is NEVER boring, and I miss my "fantasy family" world as soon as I'm done with one book before I get to start the next book in the series. One book transitions flawlessly into the next. There are basically 2 families at the heart of this series. The werecougars and the werejaguars. They've been estranged since an incident that happened years ago ( hence the prologue ). Well, the incident comes to light and good things happen! :-) There are friends of these families included in this story, 3 "good" vampires and 2 "fallen". I LOVE the fact that Amy keeps everyone involved in the story, this way you don't have to "let go" of your favorite characters....they're still included and you'll still get to read about them and know how & what they're doing!! Amy adds characters and situations gradually throughout the series. I am an avid reader of paranormal romance books. THIS series is one of my absolute FAVORITES!!!! I'm ECSTATIC that I found this series and gave it a chance. This series is severely underrated and I wish more fans of paranormal romance would give it a read!! There is passion, love, dedication, jealousy, devotion, anger, danger and some great humor in this series. Everything a GREAT paranormal romance series should have. I just cannot say enough about this series. It has captured my heart and I am in it till the last book written.

I also recommend the rest of this series, #2 Night Light, #3 Dangerous Things and #4 Heat. ALL phenomenal books!

This book is amazing. Not only does it incorporate my love of romance, action, and paranormal it also provides various romance couples for about every fantasy of mine. It is easy to put myself in the book with any of the characters. They come to life and become a part of me and I become truly invested in what happens next. I can't say enough for how well written the book is and how the author simply gets me. :) A must read!

I loved this. The writing is taut and intense and the plot is well paced and not at all predictable.
There are shape-shifters, cougars and jaguars and a vampire out for revenge.
The story delivers all you could want and more in a paranormal romance. It is sexy and suspenseful. Recommended.
