Editorial Reviews

Phoebe Jordan
I have to say that Connor and Aislinn are a really wonderful pair that had a difficult obstacle to go over in order to find their HEA.. Jessica Coulter Smith has yet again written another wonderful paranormal tale that kept me flipping the vitural pages..

I found Moonlight Guardian to be a most enjoyable story that was difficult to put down. Ms. Smith also does a wonderful job making sure new readers don't feel left out when reading Book 3 of her werewolf series. I had no difficulty understanding the characters and their relationships even though this is the first and only book of the series that I've read. In addition, Ms. Smith gives a delightful sneak peek into book four that is sure to tempt readers who love fantasies come to life.

Chloe is in a lot of trouble. She is pregnant, just got fired and is headed to tell her baby's daddy that she is pregnant. The problem is that Micheal is the baby's daddy. He is irresponsible and afraid of commitment. Will he man up and do what is suppose to and marry the woman he loves and take care of his baby or will someone else step in and take care of her? This book is full of raw emotion and drama. It is a great read!

Michael is not the typical hunk...he is more of the macho, bed-every-woman-you-can, love-them-and-leave-them
type male.  Of course, like most men of this type, he is totally shocked when a woman from a former
relationship, Chloe, shows up...pregnant with his child. He does not handle the situation well at all.

Chloe is facing many of her own issues:  pregnancy, job loss, residence loss, etc.  Her situation is complicated
when Michael appears not to want her and Chloe becomes involved with Ramsey who accepts her and the
pregnancy.  Ramsey seems to be the proverbial "knight in shining armor".

No spoilers here but while the story keeps you hooked and was very interesting, it was not one of my favorites
only because I wanted it to go differently.   My desire for a different result in no way changes my view that this is
    still a good read.  .

    I Also Recommend:

    Stunning Continuation

I'm a big fan of Jessica Coulter Smith's books (ever since Whispering Lake) and have to say this was stunning. As usual, the author keeps the reader guessing, not allowing them to fall into the predicatable theme of knowing precisely whom Chloe would wind up with by the last chapter. The Ashton Grove Werewolves have proven to be an exciting series that I wish wouldn't end, fresh, inciteful and full of unexpected drama, twists and turns. I can't wait for the continuation next year!
