Overview

"You have no idea of what you do to me, Baby Girl."
"It's smoochal."

Is the love they always dreamed of enough?

Continuing the emotional journey of love and betrayal that began on a college campus in Searching for Moore and turned their worlds upside down in Moore to Lose, handsome, California entrepreneur Schooner Moore and sharp and sassy, New York advertising agency owner Mia Silver continue to be confronted with the harsh reality of the remnants from the lives they lived apart for 24 years.

Now, Schooner Moore and Mia Silver face the ultimate challenge - were they really meant to be together or will their pasts continue to tear them apart?

On the heels of the birth of their newborn son, Nathaniel, Schooner and Mia must decide if their love and loyalty to one another is strong enough to learn to grow together as a couple or if the life they always dreamed of sharing was better left as a teenage fantasy.

This is the third and final book in the Needing Moore Series and is not meant to be read as a stand-alone. Book 1 - Searching for Moore and Book 2 - Moore to Lose should be read prior to reading Moore than Forever.

The only thing I didn't like was how the books were so short and left you hanging. I'd rather pay more rather than being teased and having to get the story in a little bit at a time. It would have been better to be only two books

Moore Than Forever is the third and final episode in the Needing

Moore Than Forever is the third and final episode in the Needing More Series by Julie A. Richman and I must say that we, as readers, deserved this one.  This is such a sweet and calming love story about two people getting a second chance.  The first two episodes were roller coasters of emotions, tragedy, anger, and pain.  This book brings Mia and Schooner full circle into the HEA that they have worked so hard to achieve.  It is a story of triumph and trust.  Of learning to let go and share the Alpha role to become a family.  The extra chapters were interesting, I hope that means Richman will pursue the stories of minor characters in the future.  I for one would love to see what makes Yoli tick.  Very well done indeed.

Not the Best Conclusion to a Trilogy

Felt like the author ran out of subject matter got the book so spent way too much time in unnecessary topics in this book.

Moore than Forever was exactly the ending this series needed! It allowed us to see how the stories from Searching for Moore and Moore to Lose wove together to come to the conclusion that we get in MTF!

I have to say, I love Schooner and Mia’s story. This is a series that is unique and has the essence of a saga that spans over 20 years, touches on some incredibly deep pains and also some deep passions. Julie Richman left us hanging with both of the first two books and I couldn’t wait to see how all of the details would work out. I’ll admit, I was actually expecting a little more conflict than what I felt in MTF. But when you think about it, that would not seem to be true to the story. And you can see and feel the sense of rightness to all that happens in MTF.

In the conclusion of the series, Julie Richman takes you on a journey with Mia and Schooner. Is it possible for them to work through their respective histories and come together finally? Will outside forces continue to work against them? That (and moore ;) ) will all be something you’ll need to discover for yourself. Along the way, many of your favorite (and some not-so-favorite) characters will play a part in the journey. There will be new ones that will capture your heart. And in the end, I felt this was the story that wrapped up Mia’s and Schooner’s story the way it should, with smiles, tears, happiness, and joy along the way.

Review: Needing Moore #3: Moore Than Forever

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

OMG I am an emotional wreck. I think that reading these three books back-to-back was a little too intense.

You MUST read 1 & 2 before you read this final book in the series.

We pick back up where book 1 ended in that MASSIVE cliffhanger and that is only where the crap starts to hit the fan - the poop storm only gets bigger from tehre.

More misunderstandings and miscommunications mixed in with a toxic ex cause yet more problems for Schooner and Mia.

Can they make it through? Is Nathaniel ok?

READ THIS SERIES - It is abso-frickin-lutely AWESOME!!!!

    OMG

Absolutely loved this story. I highly recommend. I was eyeing the first book for quite a while, so glad I waited and was able to read the the story as a whole, having to wait for additional parts to be released causes you to loose some of the essence of the story. They are all written and I was so happy to read them ! This story will not disappoint so do yourself a favor and read it !

I am once again completely blown away by Author Julie A. Richman

I am once again completely blown away by Author Julie A. Richman! 5 stars just aren’t enough; this book is truly amazing and something very special. After reading this book for the first time, I was so utterly speechless. I had to sit down and re-read the book before I could even start writing my review!

I will start with a warning: Do not attempt to read this book without a full box of Kleenex and a waterproof case for your Kindle or Nook. This book had me laughing one minute and sobbing the next.

I have been dying to read this book since I finished “Moore to Lose” back in September, and I have to say, it was definitely worth the wait!  “Searching for Moore” was the heartwarming beginning of their relationship, their devastating separation, and their second chance after being apart for 24 years. “Moore to Lose” was Mia’s story; so full of angst, a real rollercoaster of emotions. “Moore than Forever” is Schooner and Mia’s story; battling their demons, and learning to grow together. It’s a very different level, emotionally, from “Moore to Lose”. While “Moore to Lose” was very gut-wrenching at times and full of angst, this book evokes many more happy tears.

In this book, we get to see many of the characters from the other 2 books in the series, and we’re also introduced to a few new ones. The characters in these 3 books have stolen my heart! Schooner Moore is not only super sexy and swoon-worthy, he’s also just an all-around good guy. He will do anything in his power to protect the ones he loves. Although I didn’t think it was even possible, I fell even more in love with Schooner in this book. We got to see another side of him, an even sexier side!  Mia Silver is a kick-ass heroine who you just can’t help but love. She is so strong and has such a big heart. But she’s so stubborn and haunted by the demons of their past. The supporting characters all add so much depth to the story. They are all so real and unique. I sometimes have to remind myself that they are not real; they are just fictional characters!

I am blown away by the amount of research Julie does and the amount of detail that goes into all of her stories. Because of that, it’s not just a book, it’s an all-out experience! She takes you to these places; she engulfs you in her stories.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect from this book because Julie has a knack for surprising her readers. I can definitely say that she has accomplished that! Everything comes full circle, all the puzzle pieces have come together and it’s a complete story. While I am heartbroken that the series is over, all good things must come to an end. I do feel like I got a complete story. This entire series is so beautifully well written. It’s truly original. It’s both sweet and sensual. It’s very REAL. Nothing over-the top, and just the right amount of sexy (and mango butter lotion)! This book is a beautiful finale to an amazing series.

So will Schooner and Mia finally get the “Happily ever after” they’ve waited almost en entire lifetime for? Will there be more cabs in their future? You’re just going to have to read it to find out! <>

Thank you, Julie Richman, for sharing these amazing characters and their heartwarming stories with us. This entire series is one of my all-time favorites, one that I will read over and over again. Although the series has come to its inevitable culmination, I look forward to seeing what Julie has in store for us next.

The Moore Series by Julie Richmond is one of my favorite series

The Moore Series by Julie Richmond is one of my favorite series ever. Why? Well because she gave me an entire story, from beginning to end. It spanned a lifetime; every detail was there for you to feel every single solitary second of the lives of Schooner and Mia, from their time together when they are young, their time apart in between, and their amazing reunion a decade later. Parts of this series had me crying from the pain and agony that was suffered and other times I laughed and rejoiced with the love I felt.
I want to be Mia, even with all she has been through, I just love her. She is so strong and resilient and she suffered, oh god did she suffer. Mia came out on top but it was not easy. Her bravery and love she continued to have for others is what I admired most. I was able to relate to her. I felt as if I saw her story through her eyes not from the eyes of a reader. Schooner, wow he is just a god. I can picture that movie-star smile and feel as if I was seeing his story through his eyes too. I became both characters from the series not just the girl. I will admit, I was angry at both of them at times, probably more Schooner than Mia. I felt she was justified with most of what was happening. The loves scenes were so much fun, so natural, playful, and true to life. I loved the maturity of the scenes and they were very hot. The supporting characters--and there are a lot of them--helped to make up this entire story; they made the story feel more complete.
Moore than Forever was just fantastic. It slowly closed up the holes of the hearts of these characters and brought past to the present with a shining light to the future for Mia and Schooner. I warn you that you will need tissues on hand at all times. The author Julie Richmond brings back some of the events from the past and you will re-live them again but the way she does it is not a repeat so that you feel you are reading the same thing again, but finding the closure that is needed. It was magical to read and I felt it to the deepest parts of my heart.
If you have read the series you are going to adore the final installment of the series and I believe there might just be more to come with the supporting characters which are some of my favorite characters of the book. I feel a kindred spirit with this author. I believe that as an author you have to believe in what you are writing, at least some aspects. The message in this story is that things happen for a reason and Mia’s and Schooners journey together was exactly as it should have been. I have that same belief--life works in mysterious ways but always for a reason. I am ecstatic with this happy ending and feel my heart missing Mia, Schooner, and the other crazy cast of characters. My heart is happy and full

Moore Than Forever is now live on Amazon so it is safe to post my review. NO SPOILERS HERE!

When we last closed the chapter on Mia, she was on her way to the hospital, alone in a cab and in labor. I felt so conflicted with Schooner not being there for her, I was crying. These are fictional characters, I kept saying to myself. The problem is that Julie Richman has the gift of writing such real characters, you cannot possibly separate fiction from reality. You become immersed in the story to that extent and a full range of emotions are engaged.

Now the final installment of Mia and Schooner has been be told. If you have been following this series, you will not be disappointed. Like any new couple, Mia and Schooner need to find their balance. With a baby in the mix, this is not so easy to do when the obstacles that separated them before still exist. Schooner needs to settle his personal demons so he can freely love Mia the way she deserves.

I have enjoyed this journey. I love the writing, the plotline and the characters who are so real to me. To Julie Richman I say Bravo! You hit this one out of the ballpark, lady! For me, it felt like coming home to a warm fire and the security that is implied in the word HOME. Thank you for sharing this journey with us. It was well worth all the emotions and waiting for the final outcome.
