This is a wonderful cookbook featuring simple and unique vegetarian soups, salads, sauces (my favorite section), sandwiches, entrees, and deserts. It is hand written in a personable style that makes one feel as though their mother wrote it just for them. This is not one of those cookbooks that call for numerous ingredients which may only be found in specialty or ethnic stores. An excellent book for beginners to vegetarian eating, as well as the everyday vegetarian. This cookbook has been my faithful guide to healthy and appetizing vegetarian cooking for over 11 years. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
