    Bad experience with BN support and reply

    I am really disappointed and not satisfied with BN support and reply concerning my book order where I paid extra money to the get it quicker. And all what I got as a reply and support from Barnes & Noble that they are not responsible about the full shipment path.

    In the meantime, they did not sent me the local shipping company contacts although that I have requested that several times.

    Also they did try to send me any updates about the tracking the book order. At last, they do not reply to me mails.

    This is really the worst experience ever and I will not repeat buying through them again
