I love having useful information for my clients all in one place. These handouts have such great tips for problems like dealing with panic attacks, OCD, anger, grief, and more. I’ve used the handout, PARENT’S POWER TOOLS more times than I can count, especially when parent-child issues are not the presenting problem, but still a major source of stress. The information on automatic thoughts and the thought changer form that shows how to log irrational beliefs helps me dive right into the treatment process. But, even more, I like the creative approach to cognitive therapy in the constructive self-talk worksheets. Even though I do not teach clients meditation, it’s helpful to have how-to information for people interested in self-calming techniques. Having these handouts on a disk makes them easy to edit with my own personal touch and convenient to print. I’m so glad someone had time to pull all this information together.
