First off, I like that the author includes these great women runner's as well as all the great Kenyan males. This book is chock full of inspiration. Like alot of frustrated runner's I've always wanted to know why the African's produce such great marathoner's. If you want answers to how they train, what their diet is and most important where they get there motivation from you have got to buy this book! Not since Dr. Sheenhan have I been so inspired....More Fire!...~Larry Willman~
