I have waited a long time for this new book by my favorite vegan baking author but this book is even more than I expected. The coconut cake is sooo good, the new muffins delic, the new advice on using dry sweeteners makes it easier (and less expensive ) to bake healthy. If I lived in nyc, I'd be taking her classes for sure, but for now, I am making the recipes and happy. Tell all your friends about this book, not only the dairy frees. Go Fran
