    Excellent!

As an occupational therapist who specializes in pediatrics, I often have children who are referred for OT due to delays in cutting skills. The Kumon Series of cutting workbooks are excellent. The heavier paper makes it easier for the child who is struggling to cut successfully. The cutting skills are sequenced developmentally and offer a lot of practice for each skills. I often use these books as part of a home program. I highly recommend them to any parent who would like to work with their child on cutting skills.

These workbooks are great. My son was really excited about them. I will use them with my daughter as well. I even gave some as gifts.

For Children Who Have Trouble Cutting

Since my five-year old has had some trouble with fine balance and motor control (specifically cutting on a line), I purchased this to give her some practice. It's been great fun for her and I find she has improved a little in this skill. She enjoys the colorful pictures as well. I would recommend this for any parent who wants to give their child some extra practice on cutting and turning the paper as they cut.
