Overview

As a vintage, hardcore horror fan myself, it was a real pleasure to search, read and compile this 326-page collection of some of the best and unusual horror stories ever written

Some of them were written by well-known authors like Jack London or Bram Stoker. But they are stories that these great masters of fiction and horror were never recognized for by their critics, who tended to disregard the hard-core horror genre.

Some of the horror masterpieces in this book were written by relatively unknown authors, who nevertheless live on in the fear they create in modern readers who happen to stumble upon their works.

I only hope you’ll enjoy this horror collection half as much as I did.

    Unbelievably good horror.

The first story in this compilation of horror and horror/sci-fi by some of the greatest writers who ever lived is worth the price of this ebook. "The Red One" by Jack London, surprised me, terrorized me and then blew my mind. This guy was way, way ahead of his time. I enjoyed every horror tale in the compilation.

    Great stories, bad presentation.

Table of Contents is a mess, and does not work from the TOC button.

At least the acutal contact is good.
