5 fabrics plus one background one

This is a wonderful book of quilts that use five fabrics plus one background fabric. 16 projects in all and I want to make them all.

Block sizes range from 4 ½” to 14” and quilts sizes are between 40” x 50” to 84” x 108”. As all good quilters know, if you want another size, just add or take away blocks so the sizes are so varied that you could be making quilts from this one book for a year.

Several paragraph describe the quilt and the colored picture comes with the quilt and block size. Material and cutting lists are clear and easy to figure out. There are lots of graphics so you can be sure that what you have cut/sewn is what the author intended. There are no specific directions for quilting.

A short section, three pages long, covers the basics of quilting and the last page is a bio of the author. This will be a welcomed addition to any quilter’s library.
