Such a refreshing book! The majority of us will probably never be able to do great things that receive worldly acclaim but this author shows by example how any of us can make a difference in the lives of the people we serve on a daily basis. She proves that small gestures of kindness or good deeds performed whenever and wherever possible can change the very core of our society. Celebrities get most of the honor and money, but the realities of life are shaped and formed by the minds, backs and hands of people willing to give their best at whatever they do. She shows how a friendly smile still makes a difference and a hand, extended in love, turns the stuff of daily life into a glorious adventure. You'll also have a whole new understanding and appreciation of the person who delivers your mail. Don't miss it!
