Overview

A SHOCKING ENDING YOU WON'T SEE COMING CHANGES THE CHASE FOREVER!

All is revealed -- and numerous new complications arise -- in the climatic third chapter of Morgan's Chase -- Reversal of Fortune. One-Third longer than the first two Morgan Chase books!

After years of breaking away from her Fortune 500 ex-husband, Morgan Chase is back under the control of the rich, powerful Brock Ballentine. But while the wily Ballentine has out-smarted Wall Street and taken private ownership of Morgan's company, Ballentine could be losing his grip on something far more precious.

Meanwhile, ex-Navy SEAL Travis Walker is ostracized following the bloody way he resolved a kidnapping crisis involving one of Morgan's children. The shattered child carries deep scars from that horrific incident, many of them focused on Travis. In a cruel twist, Travis's arch rival in the Navy -- aggressive fellow SEAL Hank Savage -- is now watching over Morgan and her family as security chief for the entire Ballentine empire.

But Morgan also has a rival for Travis's affection in the form of a beautiful carpenter Travis has hired to finish Morgan's home remodeling job. Alex Marsh comes on as one of the guys. But Morgan senses immediately that the womanly woodworker who fills out a pair of jeans like no man ever could has designs on making Travis far more than her co-worker.

It's all part of the chase -- "Morgan's Chase #3" (Reversal of Fortune).
(This e-book contains 44,000 words.)

You'll want to be there every step of the way for all of the romance, lust, laughs, love and action that define "Morgan's Chase." Once you begin following Morgan's Chase, you won't be able to stop.

From the Author:

Dear Reader,

All of my fiction springs from the realities we women face everyday in the push-and-pull of our professional and personal lives. So you know as well I that as hard as we work, as much as we try, life shows us that the forces of fate are for more powerful than all of our personal and professional struggles, combined.

Book Three puts Morgan's chase in perspective, even as it dramatically changes the playing field where she will compete in the future. A hint: Morgan is about to enter the Big Leagues!

But I'm getting ahead of myself.

Here, we find Morgan as an unlikely loser on both sides of her ongoing chase for balance in her personal and professional life. Her family has been thrown for a loss, and so too has her love-life. Both of these, from the fallout of climatic events in Book Two.

Amid all this, both the company and the project that Morgan has championed -- devoting herself at the extreme detriment of her personal and family life -- is rudely pulled right out from underneath her.

This body-blow is dealt by the most unlikely of competitors. Morgan's billionaire ex-husband Brock Ballentine not only re-emerges in Morgan's life. His financial meddling looms large.

The father of Morgan's two children buys and sells entire corporations as if they were toys. But with this deal, a vengeful Brock Ballentine ends up turning Morgan's seeming success upside down.

But then fate intervenes. And when it happens, even billions of dollars of personal net-worth are no protection.

Morgan wouldn't wish what occurs on her worst enemy, much less someone who still dwells in a small space in her heart. Yet, she benefits from the tragedy far more than she could possibly have dreamed.

Perhaps, her deeply buried affection was reciprocated, somehow. Because as Book Three closes, an unexpected and wholly unimaginable gift will change Morgan's chase forever.

In fact, this pivotal climax resets the entire series for all the books to come. You simply cannot miss the final three shocking chapters of this book!

Once again, thank you all for being faithful readers and for following along on Morgan's journey, as she continues to guide me in telling you her incredible, unforgettable story.

If I'm doing my job right, you won't be able to wait to get your hands on Morgan's Chase Book Four: Executrix.

Love,
Lucy

Meet the Author

Lucy St. John is the super-secret Nom de Plume of a major league, highly successful female executive. She sticks to what she knows in creating her brand new, breakthrough romantic series, “Morgan’s Chase.” All the juicy details are ripped right from Lucy’s own fast-climbing corporate life.
St. John’s superheated, highly evocative – and, yes, controversial -- narrative chronicles both the corporate boardroom battles and the behind-the-scenes bedroom tumbles of a fast-charging female executive out to shatter the glass ceiling. In doing so, St. John’s passionate prose is as authentic as it is addictive. Once you begin following Morgan’s Chase, you won’t be able to stop.

So you know as well I that as hard as we work, as much as we try, life shows us that the forces of fate are for more powerful than all of our personal and professional struggles, combined.

All along the way, shocking events put Morgan's chase in perspective, even as they change the playing field where she will compete. At times, we find Morgan as an unlikely loser on both sides of her ongoing chase for balance in her personal and professional life. Her family has been thrown for a loss, and so too has her love-life.

Other times, Morgan Chase makes all the right moves in both her professional and personal lives. Indeed, it appears Morgan is achieving everything she ever dreamed - and more. And at long last, after many false starts, she's on the cusp of reaching a new level of intimacy in her romantic relationship with ex-Navy SEAL Travis Walker

Love,
Lucy

    Good Story line

The story line is really good but what's pissed me off is instead of putting all of this in 1 book. Ms. St. John has broken it up into 9 books bleeding you for more money. A few of the books are less than 100 pages. Wish I'd know this before reading the first book
