Overview

Morgan’s Justice is a comedy thriller like nothing you have ever read, mingling comic relief with pure terror. C.J. Morgan, a travel guidebook writer, has a split personality, a channel for visiting souls or something. People, invisible to others, help him research his guidebooks. Now, he must use them to save a young woman and child he loves. The book shifts from the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland to a somewhat faded Art Deco hotel in Miami to a mansion in Charleston, SC. Along the way C.J. and his helpers are pitted against a defense attorney who has his own murderous “witness protection program” (protecting the guilty from witnesses) and a drug dealer named Herone who has a Dillinger complex (he believes J.Edgar Hoover was the “Lady in Red” who fingered his hero at Chicago’s Biograph Theatre). The book reaches a terrifying climax during a North Carolina hurricane. Morgan’s Justice is a roller coaster ride of laughs and chills.
