I was at a friends house and noticed these beautiful books on her shelf and she let me borrow the first one to read. I loved them so much, I bought the first and also second sets as I needed to know what happened to these characters. Not only are these books beautifully illustrated, but fun and exciting to read in the letter-style form of writing. If you are a fan of LOST or if you read Time and Again I think you will enjoy these books. Romance, history, fantasy all in one. I now keep proudly displayed on my own book shelf and buy the sets as gifts for friends. Treat yourself!
