The only way to find out what's in the book is to go page by page. Frustrating.

Really like this book, it has all the great traditional Tagine dishes and a great variety of North African dishes like kebabs, rice & salads. There's also a good section on arabic tea and desert recipes, so the book covers nearly all aspects of Moroccan cooking.
