With an on-going collection of over 200 cookbooks, this one in particular may just be in my top ten. The recipes and photos are enough to make your mouth water. With clear, well-presented and delicately prepared recipes, this cookbook is going to get tons of usage and plenty of stains.
Now that I am currently working in a Spanish tapas restaurant, I am finding myself more and more attracted to well balanced, vibrant, delicous, yet simply prepared food, allowing the few ingredients to be the highlights of the plate rather than deep and complex recipes that require time and resources. Now I have more time to sip wine with friends and make more dishes.
Enjoy this book. I recommend a drool and splash guard.
