Overview

This is a paperbound reprint of a 1996 book about which Book News wrote: An annotated bibliography of books about the several aspects of mortuary science, primarily designed to be of interest to educators and professionals in the field. The coverage is limited to funerary practices in the US, where most of the research has been done. Cites books published 1900-91, noting that because the field has not changed as rapidly as some, many works of several decades ago are still current. Arranged in topical sections and indexed by title. Annotation ©2003 Book News, Inc., Portland, OR
